• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Services or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Services, such as online chat and message boards.
• Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Services, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Services. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, your likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide.
• Photo Data: When you connect your Wallie device and use our mobile application to sync photos, we access the photos and albums you select from your device's photo library. To ensure your privacy, photos you select are encrypted on your device *before* being uploaded to our servers. We only store the encrypted versions of your photos, which are necessary to sync them to your Wallie device. We do not have access to the unencrypted photos, and we do not claim ownership of your photos.
• Device Information: Information about your Wallie device, such as device ID, firmware version, and connectivity status (e.g., Wi-Fi network information only as needed for connection).

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Services to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your orders and deliver the Wallie device to you.
• Enable device functionality, including syncing your selected photos.
• Improve the Services and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with you about your account or orders.

For our backend infrastructure, we use Supabase, which provides database and storage services. We have verified that our service providers adhere to strict data protection and privacy standards.

International Data Transfers

To provide our Services, your personal information may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your home country, including in the United States. • Contract Performance: Processing necessary to fulfill our service obligations to you (e.g., setting up your account, syncing photos).

Account Deletion Requests

• Your full name as it appears on your account
• The email address associated with your Wallie account
• Any device serial numbers if you have purchased Wallie devices

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify your identity to protect your account security
• Delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days
• Confirm completion of the deletion process via email

Important: Account deletion will permanently remove all your photos, device configurations, and account settings. This action cannot be undone. If you have active Wallie devices, they will no longer sync new photos after account deletion.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records for tax compliance), but all personal photos and unnecessary personal data will be permanently deleted.
