Delete Your Account
We understand that you may want to delete your Wallie account and all associated data. We've made this process simple and comprehensive to respect your privacy and data ownership rights.
Preferred Method: In-App Deletion
The easiest way to delete your account is directly through the Wallie mobile app:
- Open the Wallie app on your mobile device
- Go to Settings or Account section
- Look for "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion"
- Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
This method immediately removes: Your account, all synced photos, device connections, and personal data from our systems.
Alternative: Email Request
If you're unable to access the Wallie app or need assistance with account deletion, you can contact us directly:

Send your deletion request to: hello@wallieframe.com
Please include:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your Wallie account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Any Wallie device serial numbers (if available)
Response time: We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm completion via email.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Wallie account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and account preferences
- Photos: All photos you've synced to Wallie (encrypted copies stored on our servers)
- Device Data: Connection history and device-specific settings
- Usage Data: App usage patterns and analytics tied to your account
- Communication History: Support conversations and account-related emails
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Immediate Removal: Your account access is immediately revoked
- Complete Deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Legal Compliance: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or regulatory requirements, but cannot be linked back to you
- Device Impact: Your Wallie device will no longer receive photo updates and will need to be reset if given to someone else
Before You Delete
Please consider the following before deleting your account:
- Irreversible Action: Account deletion cannot be undone
- Device Impact: Your Wallie frame will stop receiving new photos
- Photo Backup: Ensure you have copies of important photos elsewhere
- Alternative: Consider temporarily disabling your account instead
